I’ve been a licensed real estate broker for a total of 28 years and my family has owned property in Miramar Beach for 30 years. This has provided me invaluable insight into the various neighborhoods and communities here, along with extensive knowledge of the contract options, restrictions and protections needed for a successful transaction.
I understand the importance of evolving with the local real estate market. I’ve received both my CRB and GRI certifications and continue to serve on multiple local and State level real estate committees, currently holding a Director’s position within the Florida Realtors Home Ownership For All committee. As laws continue to change and communities continue experiencing exponential growth, you need someone in your corner who understands how these factors affect such an important investment.
Outside of real estate, my activities include golf, tennis and pickleball with my family.
